Overview

We are seeking mature age people (40 years +) to participate in a pilot, with the aim of profiling, matching and placing multiple candidates into roles to manage customer/member services and enquiries.

We encourage people with professional experience in the following areas to participate.

Account Management | Account Representative | Call Centre Representative | Client Services Representative | Customer Care Representative | Customer Service Specialist | Member Services Representative | Sales Representative | Front of House (resorts, hotels, motels) | Reservations and transportation (ticket and travel agents) | Administration and support services

We are looking for competent individuals with professional services experience and/or relevant industry backgrounds from either hospitality, advertising, banking and financial services, corporate or government. Some knowledge of superannuation products would be handy.

Pilot Employer Partner

Our pilot partner is one of Australia’s largest super funds. They manage over $81 billion for more than 800,000 members. As a public offer fund, they are open to anyone to join. The majority of their members are employed in the public sector, education, health and community services, police and emergency services. They are a ‘profit to members’ fund.

Due to an increased demand they are looking to recruit for multiple positions in Melbourne for Service Consultant roles to handle inbound and/ or outbound member and employer enquiries to deliver a ‘Members First’ service experience aligned to their values and brand promise.

About You

You have experience in a customer service or contact centre environment along with strong listening and problem-solving skills. Interacting with clients/customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints is perfectly fine with you. You have good communication and customer service skills and the capacity to work collaboratively and in a team environment. You are flexible and adaptable to change and can self-manage performance. You enjoy personal development and ongoing learning and have basic to intermediate computer skills.
